Worth as much, and free:

  • Report a status the integration did not recognise. Most carriers here were mapped from a handful of real parcels, so an unfamiliar status is a genuine gap. Every repo has an issue template for it, and one real example is usually all it takes.

  • Request a carrier that is missing. Open a carrier request — writing the code is rarely the blocker, getting real tracking data is.

  • Say what breaks. A bug report against the right repo, with the log line that came with it, is far more useful than a star.
